Shipping charges can be checked prior to purchase on the view order page.
If shipping address is outside of the UK please remember to amend your destination using the dropdown menu.
Our minimum postage charge is £2.50.
We do ship worldwide however there are some hazardous materials that we cannot ship overseas.

Problems
If you have a problem with an order and would like it dealt with as quickly as possible please either use the form below or telephone, please do not do both this will cause two departments to be working on one problem and will probably cause delays in the rectification of the problem, and frustrate at least two of our staff. If you use the form below please include the order or invoice number in the subject line. Thank you for your help in this matter.

We read all our emails
We are overwhelmed with enquires and only reply to enquires where we can help, when possible the same day, giving preference to existing customers. If you are enquiring about an ongoing order please quote the order number or invoice number in the subject. Please take care to enter your correct email address. And please give as much relevent information as possible as we are not psychic. E-mails that contain only one question are more likely to be answered, and no we don't know what your tyre pressures should be.
