Shipping and Delivery Times

UK Orders

Parcels up to 2 Kilograms are sent via 1st Class Post. Parcels over 2 Kilograms and those of higher value are sent via Overnight Courier, for which a signature is generally required on receipt. Please allow up to three working days for delivery if item is in stock. We will often be much quicker.

Overseas Orders

Parcels up to 2 Kilograms are sent via Air Mail, for larger consignments and those of high value shipping methods vary according to destination. Please note we cannot ship tyres and batteries outside the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 30 working days for deliveries to Europe and up to 40 working days for USA and Canada deliveries under 2kg. For other destinations and larger items please allow up to 6 weeks.

Non Stock Items

When an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery, and give you the option of cancellation and refund.

Order Tracking

You can check the current status of your order at any time. We welcome your feedback and during working hours endeavor to answer enquiries within one hour.

Privacy Policy

We do not release any personal information including email addresses and would never use any information supplied for marketing purposes

Credit/Charge Card Details

We operate a secure encrypted site where necessary, all Internet transactions are handled by HSBC Bank ePDQ system, Google Checkout or PayPal, we do not store nor have access to your card information.

Returns

When goods are supplied in error we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or credit in full. Supply errors must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When goods are ordered in error returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. All returns should have a covering note with the invoice number clearly marked. Electrical goods that have been fitted, cannot be returned for refund.

Bike Selection

Parts on our website are supplied assuming original European bike specification except where explicitly stated otherwise. If your bike has any alterations we cannot be held responsible for errors.

Installation

All goods are supplied with the understanding that they will be fitted by a qualified experienced person equipped with relevent tools and test equipment necessary to facilitate fitment and confirmation of correct operation.

Small Print

There is no small print. We strive to guarantee your complete satisfaction with the minimum of fuss. If you feel our products do not offer excellent value please let us know, and we will rectify the situation. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
