Shipping Policies

UK Orders

• All Wemoto orders are sent directly from our UK warehouse.
• We use Royal Mail 1st Class Post, and DPD for all shipments.
• Royal Mail 1st Class Post is subject to the total weight being less than 2kg. Allow 7 working days before reporting missing parcels.
• DPD is a Next Day service. Allow 2 working days before we can investigate undelivered parcels.
• Orders under £5 get free Royal Mail shipping; orders over £175 get free DPD standard delivery (UK mainland).

Overseas Orders

• Some large/heavy items (tyres, batteries, screens) cannot be shipped internationally.
• Delivery times vary depending on dispatch time and external conditions.
• Shipping costs are based on real-time quotes and may occasionally require additional payment.

• Sent via Royal Mail's 'Air Signed and Tracked' or 'Air Sign For' services.
