We hope that you are happy with your order, however, there may be instances where you wish to return an item.
If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in re-saleable condition and, where possible, returned with their original packaging. All returns should include a covering note stating the reason for the return, your order number and your contact details.
Please retain your proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of the returned item. We recommend using a tracked or recorded postage method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where items have been supplied correctly and are not faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take several working days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. PayPal refunds may also take longer depending on PayPal processing times.
Cancellation rights for online orders
For online consumer orders, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after telling us that you wish to cancel.
Where an order is cancelled within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. If you selected an enhanced or premium delivery service, only the cost of our standard delivery option will be refunded. Return postage remains the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
30 day goodwill returns period
Our 30 day returns period is offered in addition to your legal cancellation rights. If you return an item because it is no longer required or because you have changed your mind after the legal cancellation period has expired, we will refund the product price only.
Original delivery charges and return postage costs will not be refunded under our goodwill returns policy unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Exchanges
We allow customers up to 6 months after the purchase date to return an item for exchange, provided the item is unused, in re-saleable condition and proof of purchase can be established. Customers are responsible for return postage where the item was supplied correctly.
Supply errors, damaged items and faulty goods
Please check your order carefully when it arrives and report any missing, damaged, incorrect or faulty items as soon as possible after delivery.
Where goods have been supplied incorrectly, arrive damaged, or are confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. This may include replacement, exchange, repair or refund depending on the circumstances. In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and, where applicable, refund the original delivery charge.
We reserve the right to decline claims reported more than 6 months after the purchase date where we are unable to reasonably verify the issue, or where the item appears to have failed due to wear and tear, misuse, incorrect fitting, accident damage or modification.
We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction where returned goods have been used, damaged, fitted, marked, returned incomplete, or are no longer in re-saleable condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Electrical Items
Please note that electrical parts can be damaged by an existing fault in the vehicle’s electrical system, including poor earths, faulty regulators, damaged wiring, incorrect installation or short circuits. Where an electrical item has been fitted and damaged by an external fault or incorrect installation, it may not be eligible for refund.
Fitting Issues
Where customers experience issues fitting parts to their vehicle, we will always endeavour to investigate and assist where possible. We may ask for photographs, vehicle details, part numbers or other information to help us check compatibility.
Before accepting a fitting issue as a product fault or supply error, we will first need to confirm that the part was ordered for the correct make, model, year and variant of motorcycle, and that the vehicle has not been modified in a way that affects fitment. We cannot be held liable for issues fitting standard replacement parts to non-standard, modified or incorrectly identified vehicles.
