Absolutely 1st class service provided by Wemoto. I purchased a Motobat battery for my Harley Davidson last September and fitted it to my bike, worked fine with no issues at at. Then recently upon attempting to start my bike I discovered the battery had died. I contacted Wemoto and spoke to Liam customer service team leader. Without any hassle Liam arranged for a new replacement battery to be despatched. Excellent service and would definitely recommend

New indicator for my bike
I ordered an indicator for my bike, the wrong one turned up (my fault), so I sent it back, explaining which one I actually needed, and within 3 days the correct one arrived with a refund for the difference in price. Fantastic service and excellent customer service on the phone as well. I will definitely be using wemoto from now on, can't fault the service!

Coolant issues
We refreshed the coolant in my bike because it was not cooling properly. When this didn't work we ordered a new thermostat and washer. These were ordered at 7pm on Sunday evening and were delivered by our nice smiley postman Tuesday morning . Now if that's not excellent service I don't know what is. Awesome, keep up the good work.
