Beaulieu Bikers' Day June 21st
This looks like a great day out for motorcyclists
Press Release
This really promises to be a great day for motorcyclists, with bikes of any age, make or model all welcome to ride in to the grounds of Beaulieu Motor Museum on Saturday June the 21st. There should be plenty of interesting bikes arriving to admire, and the ticket includes all the attractions at Beaulieu.
Apart from the other visitors you can also see motorcycling history in action with the vintage machines in the National Museum collection, and hear and smell them being started up.
The grounds at Beaulieu were first opened to visitors in 1952 by Edward Lord Beaulieu, starting as he meant to go on by displaying five veteran cars in the entrance hall of the house. Since then the motoring museum has evolved with the support of the British motor industry and other motor enthusiasts, until it now contains a world famous collection of vehicles of all types and ages.
The address for the museum is: The National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, New Forest, Hampshire, United Kingdom, SO42 7ZN.
Do you have a veteran or vintage bike, have you visited the museum at Beaulieu? How do you rate it? Are you likely to make a visit in June for the Bikers' Day?
