Renew your motorcycle’s final drive with a complete JT chain and sprocket kit selected specifically for your bike. Wemoto’s system identifies the correct standard-size front and rear sprockets for the motorcycle and combines them with the appropriate 428 JT O-Ring chain in the standard link length required for that gearing. This means there is no need to calculate sprocket tooth counts or work out how many chain links are needed before ordering.
Replacing the chain and both sprockets as a complete set allows all three components to start their service life together, helping maintain accurate chain engagement and smooth transmission of power to the rear wheel. It also avoids fitting a new chain onto worn sprocket teeth, which can accelerate wear and shorten the life of the replacement chain.
The JT 428 sealed O-Ring chain is designed for dependable everyday motorcycle use where a durable 428 drive chain is specified. O-Ring seals positioned between the inner and outer plates help retain lubricant around the chain pins and bushes while providing protection against water, road dirt and contamination. This helps reduce internal wear and makes the chain particularly well suited to motorcycles used regularly in varying road and weather conditions.
Its Gold & Black finish gives the final drive a distinctive premium appearance, while heavy-duty construction, solid bushes and securely riveted pins provide the strength and durability required for reliable power transmission.
The sealing rings help keep lubricant inside the critical pin and bush areas of the chain while limiting the entry of abrasive dirt and moisture. Maintaining lubrication where it is most needed reduces metal-to-metal wear and helps the chain retain smooth articulation over an extended service life. Regular external cleaning, lubrication and correct chain adjustment are still important for achieving the best possible performance.
JT motorcycle sprockets are manufactured for accurate fit and precise engagement with the drive chain. Each kit uses the standard gearing specified for the selected motorcycle, with the appropriate front and rear sprocket automatically identified by Wemoto’s fitment system. The result is a properly matched final-drive combination designed to restore dependable chain engagement and consistent power delivery.
For maximum service life, always replace the drive chain and both sprockets as a complete set. Check rear wheel alignment carefully and adjust chain slack to the motorcycle manufacturer’s specification. Sprocket retaining hardware should be inspected and tightened to the correct torque, and the chain should be lubricated with a product suitable for sealed O-Ring chains. Recheck chain adjustment after the initial bedding-in period and periodically throughout its service life.

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your order, however, there may be instances where you wish to return an item. We ask that customers return items unused and with their original packaging. All returns should include a covering note stating the reason for the return and the order number clearly marked. Please retain the proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt of the items. We recommend sending by a recorded postage method. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account, with PayPal refunds taking up to 30 days refund if you've simply changed your mind, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s) for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where items are supplied correctly.
Exchanges
We allow customers up to 6 months after the purchase date to return the item for exchange, provided the item is in re-saleable conditions and proof of purchase can be established.
Supply errors
We ask that customers report supply errors as soon as possible after delivery. We reserve the right to decline issues reported beyond 6 months of the purchase date. Please check your order thoroughly on receipt. Where goods are supplied in error, or arrive damaged, we will cover all shipping costs and exchange or refund in full. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for items that are returned in poor condition or outside of the accepted time period.
Electrical Items
Please note that when fitting electrical parts these can be damaged by the same faulty electrical system that caused the initial failure and in such circumstances these parts cannot be returned for a refund
Fitting Issues
Where customers experience issues fitting parts to their vehicle, we will always endeavor to thoroughly investigate and rectify where possible. We will first try to ascertain that you have purchased for the correct model of bike and that no modifications have been made. We cannot be held liable for issues fitting standard parts to non-standard or modified vehicles.
